Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 120 patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were included in the standard: ASA I~II, BMI<30 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suspected difficult airway, history of previous abdominal anesthesia, long-term drug dependence or abuse, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, chronic chronic pain, known or suspected allergic to narcotic drugs, neuromuscular disease, pregnancy or lactation. Severe liver dysfunction was defined as more than two times more than the normal value of ALT or AST; severe renal dysfunction was defined as more than two times more than normal serum creatinine and / or glomerular filtration rate (GFR) < 60ml/min
