Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 4-18 years, ASA I-II, BMI18.5-23.9 kg/m2 who were scheduled for nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI20,upper respiratory tract infection, predicted difficult airway, type I diabetes, gastrointestinal organic lesions such as esophageal hiatus hernia, tracheoesophageal fistula and gastritis, etal and history of oesophageal or gastric surgery.
