Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 2017 and 2018, Genetic testing confirmed Hyperorbitinemia-hyperammonemia-Homocythrinuria Syndrome in Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center; 2. Aged 3-14years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver failure (acute phase); 2. Failing to cooperate with the health examination; 3. Those who cannot express their promises, such as mental patients.
