18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with GTN whose FIGO prognostic score >4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients had taken previous chemotherapy for GTN, including single-agent and combined regimen, but not including low-dose MTX as treatment for suspected ectopic pregnancy; (2)Recurrent GTN; (3)Non-gestational choriocarcinoma (primary choriocarcinoma of ovary).
