Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing thoracic surgery with an ASA status I-II, male or female,over 18 years old. Preoperative normal pulmonary function,and no received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunosuppressive agents. The same type of surgery is operated by the same group of doctors, and written informed consent was obtained from all enrolled patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients postoperative pathological diagnosed as non-malignant; (2) patients death due to severe complications within postoperative 30-days (Major pulmonary complications included pneumonia, acute respiratory failure (ARF),and pulmonary embolism, nonpulmonary complications included acute myocardial infarction(MI), bleeding); (3) patients loss follow-up or decline of interview; (4) patients with severe impairment of pulmonary and cardiac function preoperative.
