Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients with limb fracture undergo surgery and anesthesia; 2. Age over 65 years; 3. ASA class I-III; 4. Volunteer signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with one (or more) of a series brain disease 2. patients complicated with massive hemorrhage during surgery 3. patients who can not cooperates
