Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. this person is diagnosed with liver cirrhosis with hypersplenism; 2. the age is more than 18 years old and less than 60 years old, no sexual restriction; 3. the Child-pugh score of liver function was grade A or B; 4. there were no other malignancies except for the liver cancer excised in the same operation; 5. there is no serious heart, lung, and brain disease; 6. Life expectancy is not less than 1 years; 7. The patient understood the situation and signed the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding need endoscopic hemostasis first; 2. We suspect that this patient is suffering from other malignancies or the liver cancer that can not be excised in the same operation; 3. The patient is in a state of immunosuppression; 4. the women plan to get pregnant or Pregnant woman or Breast-feeding women; 5. The patient lacks IgA or other plasma proteins; 6. The patient was unable to sign the informed consent.
