Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) gender: 10 males (7 in active phase and 3 in remission phase), 10 females (7 in active phase and 3 in remission phase); (2) age unlimited; (3) confirm the active period or remission period of ulcerative colitis according to clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, endoscopic examinations and pathological manifestations; (4) patients with moderate to severe active ulcerative colitis (i.e., Mayo score > 6; 14 cases with the Mayo endoscopic score greater than or equal to 2 points) and 6 cases with ulcerative colitis in remission; (5) the lesion site is in the descending colon and above the descending colon; (6) medication status: currently, only 5-asa is used ASA UC treatment drug, and no hormones, immunosuppressants, biological agents, etc.; Or initial case, no medical treatment has been performed; (7) medical history: 1 year and more; (8) willing and able to comply with the research visit schedule and other requirements of the research program; Can provide written informed consent. Consent must be obtained before proceeding with any programme - specific procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the lesions were confined to the rectum and sigmoid colon only; (2) family history; (3) long-term and frequent use of nsaids (NSAID); Drugs that affect the immune system: immunosuppressant agents (cyclosporine, tacrolimus, sirolimus, methotrexate or mycophenolate) were used within 8 weeks prior to screening;Long-term and frequent use of antidynamic drugs to control diarrhoea (i.e., diphenolate hydrochloride containing atropine sulfate or loperamide) was required because subjects could not calculate the baseline Mayo score; (4) accompanied by other diseases: severe congenital or acquired immunodeficiency diseases; 6 months prior to screening, have or have had opportunistic infections (such as herpes zoster, cytomegalovirus, pneumocystis casei, aspergillosis, histoplasmosis, or non-tuberculous mycosis); Solid tumor and lymphoma; Other systemic or serious diseases.
