Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) according to the diagnostic standard of VCIND; (2) the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) score: 18-26, if the education years are less than 12 years, then add 1 points on the basis of score; (3) between 50 and 75 years of age; (4) There was no acupuncture treatment in the last half of the year; (5) Voluntary participation in the research and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) disturbance of consciousness, severe vision, hearing loss and aphasia, and other health assessments can not be completed; (2) Memory impairment and executive dysfunction due to vascular dementia, Alzheimer's disease, hypothyroidism, and brain trauma; (3) merger of tumor, serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system; (4) psychiatric history (such as personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc.).
