No minimum to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with UPJO aged under 14 years; 2. anterior–posterior diameter of the renal pelvis > 30 mm, differential function of affected ranged from 10% to 40%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malformations renal, such as congenital renal dysplasia, ectopic fusion kidney, horseshoe kidney, duplication kidney; 2. Hydronephrosis with primary vesicoureteric reflux, posterior urethral valve, vesicoureteric junction obstruction, megaureter, ureteral cyst; 3. Combined with other serious deformities, such as severe cardiac malformations; 4. Severe pulmonary infection and septicemia; 5. Severe infectious diseases, such as HIV; 6. Re-operation; 7. Underwent preoperative nephrostomy; 8. Have history of abdominal surgery, severe abdominal adhesions; 9. Poor compliance or unwilling to participate in this research.
