paracetamol group:15mg/kg/ 6h/3d
high dose of ibuprofen group:10mg / kg /24h/3d
low dose of ibuprofen group:First day 10mg/kg, then 5 mg/kg for last two days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) admission within 24 hours after birth; (2) gestational age of 1.5mm) detected by echocardiography within 48 hours after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Congenital heart disease with PDA and patent foramen ovale; (2) subcutaneous hemorrhage or active bleeding before treatment; (3) the persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn; (4) suspected or confirmed necrotizing enterocolitis; (5) renal failure; (6) death cases that were not related to PDA.
