Stent group:Insert a biliary spontaneous dislodgement spiral stent after endoscopic stone extraction
no-stent group:Do nothing after endoscopic stone extraction

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with choledocholithiasis; (2) Willing to join this trail, and signing the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Aged<18 years old; (2) Pregnancy; (3) Combining with gastrointestinal bleeding; (4) History of intestinal obstruction; (5) Patients who underwent EST or EPBD previously, or in whom percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage was performed primarily; (6) Patients associated with uncontrolled acute cholangitis or acute pancreatitis; (7) Patients suspected of having intrahepatic duct stone or malignant biliary obstruction; (8) Patients in whom pre-cut technique was needed for difficult bile duct cannulation or post-cut technique was needed for removal of incarcerated stones; (9) Patients in whom EST or EPBD was not used for stone removal.
