Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative liver function Child A level; 2. Physical condition ECOG grade (ZPS) 0-2, and card type (KPS) score is greater than or equal to 60; 3. The test of TEG before surgery was normal; 4. Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the consent form for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of venous thromboembolism; 2. Severe cardiac, pulmonary and renal dysfunction; 3. Hormone replacement therapy is under way; 4. A history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events within 3 months.
