19 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathogeny reversible ARDS; 2. Oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2)600mmHg; 4. Murray lung injury score=3.0; 5. Blood gas analysis pH<7.2; 6. Aged 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Airway pressure>30cmH2O; 2. Inspired oxygen concentration>80%; 3. Duration of mechanical ventilation>7 days; 4. Intracranial hemorrhage; 5. Contraindications to the use of heparin; 6. History of esophagus surgery or injury.
