Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary school students (3rd and 5th grades), Junior school students (2nd grade) and Senior school students (2nd grade); 2. Students in the whole class who were enrolled in the above classes according to the multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The students taking leave due to illness or accident on the investigation day; 2. The students who completed the questionnaire as unqualified; 3. The students who failed to complete the investigation.
