Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. COA or IAA can be combined with PDA, VSD, ASD, CAVC, DORV, MR, TR, PH and aortic arch dysplasia confirmed by echocardiography or angiography; 2. Aortic reconstruction was performed in biventricular repair (age<6month) 3. The total number of cases included in this study is 150-200 from 2018.6-2021.6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Left ventricular dysplasia combined with malformation and palliative arch augmentation without biventricular repair; 2. Concomitant have congenital alimentary tract malformation or previous bowel operation; 3. Concomitant congenital genetic metabolic diseases; 4. Family members requirements.
