Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Comply with Nonalcoholic fatty liver with obesity diagnostic criteria; 18-60 years old patients, no weight loss or weight loss treatment or related treatment within 3 months, willing to accept 3 months of treatment and willing to cooperate with examination and treatment, signed Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary obesity, such as hypothalamic disease, pituitary disease, islet disease, hypothyroidism, adrenal hyperfunction, hypogonadism, etc.; 2. The patient has all kinds of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Patients with a history of haemorrhagic tendencies or clinical manifestations, including current use of anticoagulants; 4. Those who have received any other weight-loss treatment in the last 3 months; 5. Patients taking antibiotics or probiotics; 6. The patient had significant liver injury, ALT>2 times of the normal upper limit, and severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
