Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Over 40 years; (2) Lung function suggests continuous airflow limitation and airway hyperresponsiveness (FEV1/FVC < 70% after diastole, and a positive history of diastole test); (4) Collect asthma and COPD patients in the same period as control group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) serious heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; (2) there are other pulmonary diseases (occluding bronchiolitis, tracheobronchial foreign body, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, pulmonary embolism, active pulmonary tuberculosis, etc.) that can cause a patient's breath in addition to ACO; (3) women in pregnancy and lactation; (4) patients who use glucocorticoids for other diseases; (5) any other clinical trials in the group.
