25 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. primary hepatocellular carcinoma; 2. less than 70 years, without severe complications of circular, respiratory or metabolic system; 3. Child-pugh A grade, ICG-R15<15%; 4. single lesion without extrahepatic metastasis or portal vein tumor thrombus proven by preoperative imaging examination; 5. R0 resection proven by postoperative pathology; 6. surgical margin less than 2 centimeter; 7. micro vascular invasion proven by postoperative pathology; 8. receive postoperative regular antiviral treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. cannot sign consent form independently due to cognitive disorder; 2. synchronous/metachronous extrahepatic organ or system malignant; 3. major extrahepatic organ resection were performed synchronously; 4. with contraindication of radiotherapy; 5. with severe postoperative intra-abdominal infection; 6. with postoperative intestinal or biliary fistula; 7. with postoperative severe hepatic insufficiency; 8. other conditions that patients were not suitable for the study.
