Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients with primary inguinal hernia; Over 18 years old; Hernia defect diameter is less than 4.0cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous abdominal surgery history; Scrotum hernia, huge hernia, hernia defect more than 4.0cm;Recurrent hernia, irreducible hernia; Intolerance to general anesthesia
