12 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients age range is 12-24 years old; 2. Due to orthodontic removal of permanent premolars; 3. No periodontal disease and dental pulp disease or dental caries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's age is not in the group; 2. The extracted teeth have no roots or short roots; 3. Destroy the integrity of the tooth during tooth extraction; 4. The extracted tooth has periodontal or dental pulp disease or dental caries; 5. Exfoliate in the air for more than 3 minutes after removal.
