18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 65 years, ASA I ~ II, cardiac function grade I ~ II; Without hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, vascular disease;No obvious abnormal preoperative heart, liver and kidney function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intraoperative use of vasoactive drugs cannot maintain the MAP or 60 MMHG, temporary change operation method to laparoscopic surgery (laparotomy); Center venipuncture failure; Record the data loss caused incomplete.
