18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with potential hemodialysis access occlusive disease; 2. persistent edema of the limb with the fistula; decreased pulse or fremitus in anastomotic astium; 3. increase in venous pressure; blood flow at the access of less than 200 mL/min; 4. difficulty to insert the needles; hemostasis after needle removal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous endovascular recanalization with stent or graft placement; 2. contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination; 3. platelet(PLT)1.5; 4. important organ function failure or other serious illness; 5. Allergic to antiplatelet drug, anticoagulant drug, anaesthetic drug and contrast material.
