Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study would include 500 patients with explicitly diagnosed RA according to the RA diagnostic criteria which the American society for rheumatology (ACR) revised in 1987,also refer to the 2010 ACR/EULAR criteria for RA diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study have excluded osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus and other causes of arthritis. Exclude people who don't want to participate.
