18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 80 years; 2. a first-time STEMI (defined as nitrate resistant chest pain?30 minutes and new ST elevation at J-point in 2 contiguous leads with cut-off points?0.2 mV in men or?0.15 mV in women); 3. Accept PCI in 12 hours; 4. Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.overt congestive heart failure; 2.severe aortic regurgitation 3.pacemaker 4.abdominal aortic aneurysm> 5cm 5.bleeding diathesis,oral anticoagulants with International Normalized Ratio >3.0; 6.hypertrophic cardiomyopathy 7.blood pressure >180/100 mmHg; 8.severe cardiac arrhythmia that would interfere with EECP triggering; 9.severe peripheral vascular disease,phlebitis,deep vein thrombosis,etc; 10.pregnancy.
