Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) normal controls by our hospital physical examination center selection examination results show that for normal, healthy adult women, and check the cervical secretions cells count < 10 PMN/HPF, without purulent secretion, neisseria gonorrhoeae culture negative; (2) without symptoms of gonorrhea group in our hospital physical examination center examination is 2 weeks before the doctor do not use any antimicrobial agents, no obvious self-conscious symptom, fu check has the inflammatory change, such as cervical hypertrophy and erosion cell count 10 ~ 30 PMN/HPF, neisseria gonorrhoeae culture positive or positive PCR detection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. More than 50 years of age or less than 20 years of age, no sexual experience; 2. Radiation suffers from vaginitis, which is affected by trichomonas, candida albicans, gram-negative bacillus, diabetes, uterine fibroids, adnexitis and polyovary syndrome; 3. People with immunodeficiency disorders (such as congenital immunodeficiency disorders, people who are being treated with immunosuppressant agents, or people who are HIV positive); 4. In 2 weeks, estrogen drugs such as antibiotics, immunosuppressants, glucocorticoids, contraceptives, spironolactone, and daing 35 were administered; 5. Women during pregnancy and lactation.
