Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) from 1 month to 18 years old; (2) meet the pediatric consensus conference critreia; (3) get the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Intravenous contrast agent or nephrotoxic drugs usage history(5 days prior to our project); (2) Chronic kidney diseases,which is defined as GFR<60 mL/min per 1.73? lasting for at least 3 months according to national kidney foundation KDIGO; (3) Patients with anuria; (4) Basic genetic metabolic diseases; (5) Patients receiving high-dose steroid therapy; (6) Younger than 1month; (7) Patients diagnosed with AIDS; (8) Alredy had blood purification; (9) Children with guardians and themselves refuse to take part in this project or treatment during this project.
