Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Identified by the diagnostic standard of NAFLD; (2) There was no history of antibiotic application in the last three months; (3) Between 18-80 years of age; (4) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) With serious diseases, such as heart, brain and lung, renal insufficiency and electrolyte disturbance; (2) Diagnosis of severe hepatitis (including acute, subacute and chronic severe hepatitis); (3) women in lactation and pregnancy; (4) patients who are unable to cooperate or be mentally ill.
