20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A normal adult with no major illness and who can stand and move freely without the need for assistive tools, aged 20-90.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physical and mental disabilities, inconvenient movements or unstable stations, pregnant women, inability to undergo moderate-intensity exercise, and those taking medications that may affect balance are excluded from this experiment.
