Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who were diagnosed with cleft lip with or without cleft palate by at least two experienced maxillofacial surgeons.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients were identified with other anomalies, such as congenital heart disease, hypospadias, or accessory auricles, which would suggest an underlying syndrome; 2. Subjects who have blood lineages with other subjects.
