No minimum to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age <18 years old; 2. clinical symptom and MRI scan support the diagnosis of DIPG; 3. general conditions of patient tolerances to biopsy surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. sudden deterioration of the patient's consciousness within 72 hours of study; 2. physical condition not suitable for PET or MRI scan. 3. children complicated with other malignant tumors; 4. allergic history.
