Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: POI group: 1. Aged 18-40 years; 2. Menstrual cycle is more than 4 months; 3. basal FSH >25 IU/L; NC group: 1. Aged 18-40 years; 2. Regular menstrual cycles; 3. normal FSH level(<10 IU/L).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chromosomal abnormal; 2. History of chemo- or radio-therapy,ovarian surgery; 3. History of malignant tumors known or suspected; 4. Pregnant or lactation in recent 3 months; 5. Have received hormone therapy in recent 3 months; 6. Genital tract malformation, congenital germinal aplasia, uterine amenorrhea and so on organic disease; 7. With serious heart,liver and kidney disease; 8. With severe mental illness.
