Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 100 ASA physical status I or II patients aged 1-8years, who are scheduling for laparoscopic surgery with general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they had a history of Cardiopulmonary dysfunction,had a history of acute airway inflammation in the previous 4 weeks, neuromuscular disease, a possible or confirmed difficult airway, a suspected history of abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives, a history of allergy to propofol or opioids. Family members refuse to attend.
