Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with advanced digestive tract tumors were diagnosed by imaging and / or histopathology or cytosology; 2. diagnosis of malignant intestinal obstruction based on medical history, clinical manifestations and abdominal imaging: 1) intermittent abdominal pain, abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms, with or without anal exhaust or defecation; 2) abdominal examination showed intestinal type, abdominal tenderness, or excessive bowel sounds; 3) abdominal CT or X-ray plain film showed obvious dilatation of intestinal cavity and multiple fluid planes; 4. Aged at least 18 years old men and women can. 5. the time of malignant bowel obstruction was less than 2 months. 6. the KPS score more than 50; 7. voluntary participation in patients' informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. complete intestinal obstruction, acute intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding, malignant fluid, serious water electrolyte disorder or acid-base balance disorder, accompanied by peritonitis, requiring emergency surgery; 2. women in pregnancy or lactation; 3. physical condition can not tolerate enema and acupuncture treatment; 4. patients with mental disorders and non authors; 5.
