Intervention group:Amout of water was given after patients undergoing general anesthesia.
Control group:Conventional fasting water for 4-6 hours

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; 2. Elective thoracoscopic lobectomy; 3. Patients with a physical class of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) status 1-3; 4. Completely awake and modified-Aldrete score = 9 points; 6. Willingness of drinking.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. delayed gastric empting time and pre-existing gastrointestinal disorders (such as peptic ulcer, hiatus hernia, irritable bowel syndrome, or esophagitis); 2. patient with neurological, psychiatric history; 3. patient participated in other clinical studies three months prior to enrollment; 4. inappropriate to include this experiment by researchers.
