Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compared to the same age, gender, and the height of the normal child, the height of the child was below the 3rd percentile or two standard deviation; 2. The growth rate (GV) is less than 5cm/year between 3 years and pubertas;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with other abnormal secretion of endocrine hormones; 2. combined with clear genetic metabolic diseases, skeletal dysplasia, chronic diseases and chromosomal diseases; 3. severe malnutrition, familial idiopathic short stature.
