Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Interview with Concise International Neuropsychiatric Disorder - Chinese version 6.0.0 structured interview, in line with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-V) Diagnostic Criteria for Major Depressive Disorders; 2) Age 16-65 years old; 3) The level of education above junior high school; 4) Chinese version of the mood disorder questionnaire (MDQ) screening negative; 4) The first patient did not take the drug before the first measurement; 5) All subjects are right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Combining brain organic diseases and history of brain trauma; 2) Combine serious physical illnesses; 3) History of substance/drug-induced mental disorders and serious somatic diseases; 4) Pregnant and lactating women; 5) Receiving electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) in the past 3 months.
