Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It is mainly about 500 elderly people in the community of the health management center of our hospital and more than 500 patients in the CKD follow-up group of the department of nephrology of our hospital, as well as about 1,500 elderly people in a community who underwent physical examination in the health management center of our hospital in April 2018

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other diseases (such as heart failure, liver cirrhosis, cancer) that affect body mass index
