35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 patients undergoing thoracic surgery with an ASA status I-II, male or female, 35-65 years old. Preoperative normal pulmonary function,and no received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunosuppressive agents. The same type of surgery is operated by the same group of doctors, and written informed consent was obtained from all enrolled patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal lung function; 2. Severe cardiac dysfunction; 3. Intraoperative blood loss exceed 15% of body weight; 4. Intraoperative use of vasoactive drugs to maintain blood pressure; 5. Blood transfusion; 6. SPO2 less than 90% because the position of endobronchial tube was poor.
