Experiment Group:starting the Orthodontic elastic (OE) traction after the DO treatment within one week
controlling group:after the DO treatment, receiving normal orthodontic treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemifacial microsomia,dignosed with Pruzansky II (IIaThe mandibular ramus, condyle, and temporomandibular joint are present but hypoplastic and abnormal in shape IIbThe mandibular ramus is hypoplastic and markedly abnormal in form and location, being medial and anterior. There is no articulation with the temporal bone); 2. Aged 3 months to 16 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patents were lost connect.; 2. Combination of other disorders that lead to taboos in general anesthesia; 3. During the follow-up period, receiving local autologous fat transplantation and second orthodontic treatment.
