Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I or II, BMI 30 to 35, 30 to 60 years of age, and elective colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, bradycardia, neurological or mental illness, liver and kidney dysfunction, alcoholism
