18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-70 years; 2. Patients with breast cancer diagnosed by pathological results; 3. Patients treated in our hospital during 2005-2016 years by neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 4. Complete case data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer in situ does not need chemotherapy; 2. Combined multiple organ dysfunction and failure; 3. Combined with other malignancies and receiving chemotherapy; 4. The failure to complete the neoadjuvant chemotherapy for various reasons; 5. Incomplete medical records or lack of pathological specimen.
