18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged from 18-80 years; 2. patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis less than 2 degrees; 3. patients with symptomatic spinal stenosis or degenerative scoliosis or discogenic low back pain or low back pain with conservative treatment and neurogenic intermittent claudication of the lower extremities at levels from L3-L4 or L4-L5 requiring an oblique lateral interbody fusion; 4. patients who understood and signed the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anatomical variations such as abdominal vascular organs that result in a narrow operation margin, a history of retroperitoneal surgery, or a retroperitoneal adhesion that makes it difficult to free the target intervertebral space; 2. Patients with severe lumbar spondylolisthesis, severe central spinal stenosis, hyperplasia of the facet joints and hypertrophic ligamentum flavum; 3. Patients with primary bone abnormalities or primary muscle disease; 4. Patients with infection or tumor; 5. Psychosocial disorders that would preclude accurate evaluation; 6. Participation in another investigational study within 90 days; 7. Patients who were not eligible for this clinical study.
