Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had a clinical diagnosis of spinal cord injury by CT or MRI, primary injury, in line with the 2011 American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) spinal cord injury grading standards [3]; 2. All patients underwent preliminary treatment or surgery in a clinical department, vital signs are stable; 3. spinal cord injury plane T5 ~ L2 level; 4. Gender unlimited, age 18 to 50 years old; 5. Clinical course in 1-3 months; 6. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable cardiac function, severe arrhythmia; 2. In the spinal shock period; 3. Brain injury combined; 4. Infectious diseases and serious diseases; 5. Significant language barriers; 6. Serious cognitive impairment.
