Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 74 years; 2. arthroscopic Knee Surgery; 3. Patients with moderate risk of VTE score and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complications: fracture; high risk of hemorrhage; history of cardiovascular disease or cardiovascular disease; VTE history or occurrence of VTE; Hematological disease; active digestive tract ulcer or organ injury with bleeding tendency; liver and kidney insufficiency; Haemorrhagic stroke occurred recently; any cause could not be combined with research,such as speech comprehension disorder, telephone communication disorder, central nervous system disease; pregnancy.
