Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. can complete laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer; 2. preoperative pathology confirmed as colorectal cancer; 3. patients generally in good condition, without serious heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction and metabolic diseases; 4. no serious intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation and enteritis before surgery; 5. no distant metastatic lesions were found before surgery; 6. did not receive radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 7. Informed and voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There were intestinal obstruction and intestinal perforation before operation; 2. abdominal and pelvic B-ultrasound or CT and chest X-ray examination suggest that there is distant metastasis (M1); 3. previous history of colorectal surgery or radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4. pre-treatment colonoscopy showed multiple primary colorectal cancer; 5. can not tolerate surgery due to important organ function; 6. Allergic to the test sample or obvious gastrointestinal symptoms such as intolerance; 7. Accept other clinical trial patients at the same time; 8. The researcher determined that the researcher could not complete the research on time.
