Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; 2. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria of IBS-D and IBS-C; 3. All people in both groups voluntarily joined this study with informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Women dont take any contraceptive measures; 3. Accompanied with severe primary diseases such as active malignant tumor, stroke, myocardial infarction and so on; 4. Patients with a history of abdominal surgeries; 5. Patients with a history of mental illness.
