Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects were collected from the biological sample bank. Those who went to the Endocrine and Metabolism Department of Shanghai No. 6 People's Hospital to perform oral glucose tolerance texts (OGTT) from February 2006, and followed up by November 2012, had medical history, past lifestyle, drug history and family history were included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) BMI less than 18.5 kg/m2; 2) Age < 18 years old or = 80 years old; 3) Have a history of smoking; 4) Pregnant or lactating women; 5) Previously diagnosed as diabetes or other diseases related to sugar metabolism.
