Interventions

Lidocaine group:Intravenous lidocaine 1.5mg/kg at induction of anesthesia followed by an infusion of 1.5mg·kg-1·h-1 until 1h after the end of surgery
Control group:Intravenous an equal volume of saline

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged?70 years old; 2. ASA Grade II-III; 3. BMI 18-24kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lidocaine contraindications (allergy to local anesthetics;Adam-Stoke syndrome, pre-excitation syndrome, severe heart block (including sinoatrial, atrioventricular, and intraventricular conduction block)); 2. Long-term use of analgesic drugs for chronic pain; 3. Moderate to severe COPD(FEV1/FVC2 mg/dL); 5. History of other parts of the tumor,radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 6. History of intrathoracic surgery; 7. Systemic or local acute infection in the last week; 8. Diabetes; 9. Refused to participate in the trial.
