Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part1 Acupoint Stimulation Control in The Treatment of Acute Stress Disorder: survivors of serious disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, traffic accidents, industrial accidents, and rape, including immediate family members, seriously injured people, or people who are in the bloody scene; 18-60 years old; clear awareness; educational level above primary school level; meet the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Mental Disorders Fourth Edition (DSM-IV) Diagnostic Criteria for Acute Stress Disorder (ASD); the informed consent was obtained Part 2 Acupoint Stimulation Control Combined with Sertraline in the Treatment of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder survivors of serious disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, traffic accidents, industrial accidents, and rape, including immediate family members, severely injured persons, or those who are in the bloody scene, and still have symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder one month after the above-mentioned emergencies Patients; 18-60 years old; clear awareness; educational level above primary school level; assessed by PTSD checklist civilian version (PCL-C), PCL-C score 35 points, use of post-traumatic stress for clinical use Patients with Disturbance Diagnostic Scale (CAPS) and DSM-IV diagnosed as PTSD; the informed consent was obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: part 1 and part 2 shared the same exclusion criteria: history of disturbance of consciousness more than 5 mins; history of definitively diagnosed as neurological disease or history of severe somatic disease of heart, liver, kidney, and endocrine disease; other mental illnesses diagnosed clearly; serious suicidal idea or attempt to perform electroshock therapy or no convulsive electroconvulsive therapy; alcohol, morphine substance abuse history; unable to complete neuropsychology and imaging examination, family history of mental illness; disagree with the informed consent.
